Hi, I’m Devon. I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for more than 20 years. I’ve been a personal trainer and I’m currently a fitness instructor, teaching a number of fitness classes for seven years, including cycling, hip hop, kids yoga, cardiokick/circuit, Zumba, and the latest, POUND!
A couple years ago I felt something was missing in my capacity to help people, and that’s when I was inspired to get certified as a health coach. My passion is empowering people to become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves. Everyone is different and unique, and that’s a beautiful thing. I help people discover individualized food and lifestyle changes to achieve their goals. It has been a long journey for me to reach better balance in my life, and especially a healthy relationship with food, so I come from a place of compassion.
For a while I was cooking three different meals for each dinner — catering to gluten-free, vegan and other preferences. And I was losing my mind. Then, along came Mariah’s amazing recipes that I could make for the whole family and that simplified my whole life. One of my greatest lessons from the COVID-19 pandemic is appreciating the gift of time and using it to grow and learn as a family – and we do that together in the kitchen!
I’m here to tell you that sustainable health and well-being is right around the corner, and I’ll listen, encourage, motivate and hold you accountable every step of the way!

Hi, I’m Mariah. I’ve been a passionate plant-powered home cook for the last 25 years. My main mission has been to get my very active, very busy family to LOVE their veggies AND eat a family dinner every night! Over the years, I’ve developed loads of family-friendly recipes and meal prep short-cuts that help us live a Plantiful lifestyle. The majority of our home-cooked meals feature veggies from asparagus to zucchini, as well as many different world cuisines.
In 2008, I started a blog called Green Swamp Soup to share the tips, tricks and recipes I created to get our whole family to eat a plant-centered diet.
Now, after decades working in marketing for the corporate world, I’m fulfilling my lifelong dream of helping people find joy, peace and vitality with a plant-powered diet. I can’t wait to see what delicious goodness we can cook up together!
